Cancellation policies vary from hotel to hotel. The policies are not the property, nor at the discretion, of this site. Each hotel's cancellation and rate-rules policies are posted on our web site so that you may have immediate access to them at the time of booking.
Your request is put into our system and processed as soon as you submit your information on our secure reservation form. We verify your credit card number, double check the availability for your request and display your confirmation number instantly. We also send your personal information to the booked hotel. Only parties directly involved with the confirmation of your reservation receive this information. We do not sell, rent, or give your information to any parties for any purposes not specified above.

If you have called the hotel and are worried because they seem unaware of your reservation, please understand that the room has been taken out of the inventory pool, but your personal information has not been uploaded into their system. The hotel knows the room is booked, they simply do not know it has been booked by you. However, the hotel will have your personal booking information (at the latest) within 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival.
This varies from one hotel to the next. Hotel price, reservation, and cancellation policies are available for each of our search results and we recommend you take a moment to view them. By entering the correct number of adults that will be staying in the room your search results will reflect all applicable charges.
The system requires a minimum of 24 hours to get your reservation to the hotel. The instant you book a room, however, that room is taken out of the hotel's inventory and is set aside for your use. The hotel will not be able to access your specific information immediately; they will only know that the room is reserved and not available to anyone else. This keeps the system moving and still ensures that no one else can book your room.

Web savers are special rates offered only to online customers. These rates are below the published rates of the hotel and often represent the very best rates available for that property. For most reservations, we just need to verify the authenticity of your card and the presence of available funds in order to hold the room. If you need to cancel a reservation you may do so on our site. Click on the "My Reservations" link at the top of the page and enter in the requested information. If you have more than one current reservation, look carefully and select the room you wish to cancel. Then click the "Cancel" button. You will receive a cancellation number immediately. This number will also be emailed to you for your records. The individual hotels determine their own cancellation policies. We recommend you read the cancellation policies prior to booking your reservation
By clicking our reservation retrieval link you will call up our reservation retrieval page to find your booking history. It is essential that you enter the information requested on this page exactly the way you entered it when first booking the room. Ensure that your name is spelled correctly and that the credit card number you enter is the same one used for the booking. When you click GO our system will display all of your current and previous bookings. If your booking is not present, and you have a confirmation email and confirmation number, email us at by clicking our contact link at the top of the page.
Typographical errors are the leading cause of credit card problems. Check that you have entered your credit card number accurately and that the name and expiration date are as they appear on the card. Also, check that the billing address you entered matches the one filed with your credit card company. Ensure that your card does not expire before your date of arrival and that you have sufficient funds available on the card to guarantee payment for your stay.
When we process your booking request, our system generates a confirmation number and displays it on your screen immediately. If, after completing a reservation request, you do not see a confirmation number your request has not been processed. However, if a confirmation number was displayed but you have not received a confirmation email most likely your email address was not entered accurately. You may check the status of your confirmation using our past reservations link at the top of this page.
