Meeting Facilities:

AACHEN 1: Our Aachen I meeting room measures 1076 sq. ft. and can accommodate up to 80 participants in seminars, conferences or workshops. Like all our other meeting rooms, it is a bright, well-equipped room, filled with natural light.
AACHEN 1+2: Combine the "Aachen I" and "Aachen II" conference rooms to create a 2153 sq. ft. (200 m2) area for events with up to 160 people. Use this option to host a large convention or a celebratory dinner.
AACHEN 1+2+3: Combine the "Aachen 1", "2" and "3" rooms to create space for up to 300 people. The 3229 sq. ft. (300 m2) area is perfect for creating a large dance floor or for arranging tables and chair in a banquet formation for a sophisticated evening event.
AACHEN 2: Like all our other rooms, the 1076 sq. ft. (100 m2), "Aachen 2" meeting room has Wi-Fi access and plenty of natural light. Up to 80 people can be accommodated, and the tables and chairs can be arranged to suit your requirements.
AACHEN 3: Up to 80 people can use the 1076 sq. ft. Aachen III room. The seating can be arranged according to the event, for instance in a cinema, banquet or classroom style. We would be happy to help you plan and stage your event.
AIX LA CHAPELLE 1: At 269 sq. ft., the Aix la Chapelle I conference room is ideal for smaller events with up to 15 participants. Naturally, it also offers Wi-Fi access. The tables and chairs can be arranged in a variety of ways and adapted to your requirements.
AIX LA CHAPELLE 2: Why not book our 269 sq. ft. Aix la Chapelle II meeting room for a board meeting or presentation in an exclusive setting? The room, carpeted throughout, can accommodate 15 people and offers Wi-Fi access.
AKEN 1: The 538 sq. ft. (50 m2) "Aken I" meeting room can accommodate up to 50 people for a party or work event. The room is carpeted throughout and the tables and chairs can be arranged according to the nature of the event and the wishes of the participants.
AKEN 2: The "Aken II" meeting room measures 430 sq. ft. (40 m2), and can accommodate up to 24 people. The hotel's full business service is available here too, with the latest communication technology and Wi-Fi access.
