Location.Charged me for the room, although it was paid.Inexperienced staff led to confusion over the fact that the room had been paid for in advance. A bit of a mess to clear up with the front desk.

It had been cheaply remodeled.Horrible service, quality and amenities wasn't sufficient for 3 star level.This is a 2 star hotel, not a 3 star. The service is bad, especially at the front desk (it took 20 minutes to check in). The hotel had a mild, unpleasant odor. Would not recommend at its 3 star level price.
