Front desk help was very good!
Chlorine smell from pool was way too strong.Rooms were nice, bed was comfortable, front desk employees were very helpful. Only negative was chlorine smell from pool - it was very strong.

Breakfast was great.Cleaning crews overtook hallways during cleaning hours.Very Satisfied. Great clean rooms. Great breakfast. Only overall downside was hot water was only tepid in my opinion.

Very convenient, Comfortable beds, friendly staffRoom did not have liners in trash cans, no shampoo, conditioner, etc. , No coffee maker even though there was coffee offered in the room.N/A

Nothing.Got moved to Regency Hotel at last minute, overbooked. It was filthy.The Marriott Courtyard was overbooked and send us at another hotel, which they stated was comparable in quality. It was not floors, sheets, bathroom was dirty. The room smelled of stale cigarette smoke. Service was very poor indeed.

Comfortable.No smoking and no refrigerator and microwave.It was a pleasant experience although I didn't get to choose my room because I'm a smoker and would have liked to have had a smoking room.

Very clean, great pool, and wonderful for a family overnight trip.No complaints!This hotel was wonderful! We would definitely use it again. It was very clean, nice employees, great breakfast, and a wonderful pool area.
