          Close to interstate. Close to Cracker Barrel.
          1st room smelled horrible. Asked for another and got an attitude from attendant.

          Problems with key working daily.
          Overall, was a great place during a local festival. But the staff knew nothing about one of the biggest events in the town all year!

          Conveniently located for the VA Highlands Festival. Price was good.
          Only thing did not like was check in not until 3:00 PM.

          Somewhat shabby.
          Rooms clean but definitely not fancy. Comfortable bed.

          Location.
          No hot water in shower.
          The room was musty and moldy when we checked in. The bed cover and blanket were dirty and stained. We had no hot water in the shower. Even after the office guy came to the room we had no not water in the shower. Room was generally dated and stale.
