We slept well.The young tall man was rude.When you drive as long as we did, the last thing you want to hear after you made reservations, is A room won't be ready till 4:30, we were completely booked yesterday. That was not our problem. Bad business.

Clean and easy parking, good breakfast.Too expensive for what you got.The front desk person at no fault of her own was the only person working. Right on traverse bay, very pretty setting.Policy on drinking in the pool area.Very clean rooms and easy to find. However the policy on drinking in the pool area is not agreeable. The location, the cleanliness, and very quite at night.The male afternoon front desk clerk wasn't very friendly.This is a very nice hotel in a great location.
