Staff at front desk was friendly. Ever corner of our hotel room was awful, the entire hotel had a bad odor. It was very clean and well located. The maids did not speak English, so you could not communicate with them. It was clean, attractive. It was a very pleasant stay. I would recommend it to all my friends and family.

The rate was affordable. Staff was inattentive. Check in took over half an hour. Most of the time I was waiting for the desk attendant to show up and every time. I went by the front desk nobody was there.

Had special touches. The front desk man was very friendly and helpful. It was difficult to find because it was back behind some other businesses with not sign at the road. Very good! Would stay there again.

The poor, the spa and the complimentary breakfast was great for traveling with kids! There is nothing we didn't like about this hotel. Very clean, family friendly and did the job for our weekend back home in Dallas. I think the only thing I'd recommend is to have a better sign off from the Belt Line Rd. to make it easier to find. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Carpets need shampooed. I will definitely stay there again, if I am traveling in the Dallas area.
