Overall Rating:
Convent for our trip to the Oakland raiders game from Chico ca. 
They lost our reservation but resolved the matter quite nicely. We will stay here again.

Friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Need to get better pillows. Pillows were small and limp. Comfortable hotel for the price and the hot breakfast was very good.

Clean rooms, friendly staff and good location. 'Free breakfast' was worthless. We were happy that we got a clean room with good shower pressure and a comfortable bed. Did not like the breakfast had to go out to get food. Hotel staff was helpful and friendly.

We liked the fact that even though we had a street side room, we could not hear traffic! Staff should ask for any perks, such as Hyatt cards before check-in. We were very happy with the accommodations and the fact that we could walk to dinner. Nice, clean and quiet. I usually travel with my spouse on leisure and this time was business with co-workers.
