The pool is keeping this hotel alive, otherwise it needs to be condemned!
Cleanliness, carpet, sheets, lighting, furniture, HVAC were all totally inadequate.
Definitely not a place for children. Sheets, bedspread, and carpet needs to thrown out! Towels are old and heavily chlorinated. The only positive is that this hotel will keep you out of the cold.

Center court was nice.
Bathrooms are old, tubs need to be replaced.
The hotel personnel are friendly, location is good, there are several restaurants near by, and it is close to the NYS Thruway. If you are out all day and evening this hotel was adequate.

Garcia's restaurant and pool.
Noisy, too close to other buildings, no indoor halls.

Spacious, staff friendly, good location.
Carpet not clean, need replacement.
This is a good hotel for business travel. I will advice the management to spend some money to upgrade the cleanliness of carpet, bathroom and blanket. In any case, it is a great value for the money.

Check out was at 12.
Everything good.
When we first arrived, they had us marked down for 2 double beds. I asked for one big bed and they quickly found one and sent us on our way. The room was an upgrade and very nice. The rest of the night went great. Thanks for your help.
