          The location is convenient, the staff very friendly, and the room was pleasant.
          The room wasn't as clean as the last visit, and the stairwells are not very secure.

          how it was within 5 minutes walking distance of my destination.
          The smoking section of rooms reeked of smoke.

          The breakfast was excellent/great variety.
          I had no microwave in my room.
          This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. And if we return to Albany we will stay here again. It was convenient for the ECAC Hockey Championship. Good food, comfortable rooms and swimming pool was enjoyed by all.

          Very convenient to the University at Albany.
          It was not very clean and needed updating.
          Although it was convenient to the University, I would not stay again. It was very dirty, the air conditioner/heating unit was caked with dirt. The furniture was dusty and threadbare.
