Nothing. Everything. When I went to check in, I was greeted by a rude woman. I was given a smoking room instead of non smoking and she could care less. She refused to change it. This hotel was only half full. She continued to be rude and eventually I was able to get my room. ...Read More

Wonderful staff. Pool was a little cold. Stay at hotel was excellent & staff at front desk hospitality was exceptionally great. Very clean.

For the quality rating the rooms were spacious and very nice with many convenient amenities. The decor is a bit dated. Overall this hotel was a really good value for the money.

It was convenient location for me. They put me the room in basement . The basement room was dark, smelly and depressing.
