Clean, comfortable, very friendly staff, convenient to the Knoxville airport.Would have appreciated an included breakfast.The hotel was especially clean and nice, better than some 4 star hotels we have stayed in. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Excellent location. CleanRoom very small for 3 star. Lighting in bathroom extremely poor.Room was much smaller than many 2 star hotels in which I have stayed. The room was well appointed. Nice linens, bed and bath.The food on breakfast buffet was only warm and not very good.The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The room was lovely and very pleasant. I enjoyed my stay.
