Very accommodating staff during Hurricane Gustav.Cleanliness was not great carpet was not vacuumed, old shampoo and soap left in bathroom.Not the best hotel I've stayed in, but not the worst.

Easy access off the road; convenient parking; friendly staff.Temporary construction, a minor distraction.Friendly; family oriented; easy access for business; close to great eating places.

Room was spacious and clean.The shower head needed cleaning.Other than the lobby being renovated, the hotel was fine.

Cleanliness. New hotel great location. Restaurants - Fire Mountain Cajun landing next door.Guy checking us in had no personality.Extremely Clean Hotel. It appears to be a fairly new facility. I would stay there again.

Good location, pretty easy access.Could not take part cash and part credit card.Hotel was nice, major frustration, on the description it noted that there was a sitting area with couch etc. Did not have anything close to this. Just had a table with two chairs to eat at. Other than that the room was satisfactory.
