The staff was friendly and the room was spacious and clean.
The phone in the room would not allow local calls.

Very accommodating staff during Hurricane Gustav.
Cleanliness was not great carpet was not vacuumed, old shampoo and soap left in bathroom.
Not the best hotel I've stayed in, but not the worst.

Cleanliness. New hotel great location. Restaurants - Fire Mountain Cajun landing next door.
Guy checking us in had no personality.
Extremely Clean Hotel. It appears to be a fairly new facility. I would stay there again.

Good location, pretty easy access.
Could not take part cash and part credit card.
Hotel was nice, major frustration, on the description it noted that there was a sitting area with couch etc. Did not have anything close to this. Just had a table with two chairs to eat at. Other than that the room was satisfactory.
