Very clean, everything in the room was well organized.Smoking from other guests.I really enjoyed the plasma TV set in the room, and enjoyed the fact that if I needed a kitchen to prepare anything that one was included in my room. Bathroom was a little small but overall I would stay here again.

N/AThey were not able to give us a large room to talk in.We had a family group of 20 people from all over the country we were unable to use any of the rooms to just "visit" due to some remodeling issues we were greatly disappointed the staff was not willing to try and help either.

Location and price.Will be better when renovation is complete.Description says that the renovation is complete, which it is not. Lounge was closed breakfast was served in a cleared out room.

I thought the staff was friendly and helpful with luggage and transportation to metro.I feel they could expand their shuttle hours to later in the evening.I liked the staff at the Hawthorne suites. They were very helpful and friendly. I think it will be really pretty when the lobby is completely renovated. Our room was very nicely renovated and had everything we needed to feel comfortable.

It was huge! I wished I was on a longer trip so that I could take advantage of the room.The construction, the very small lobby.It was an excellent choice for a traveler on a budget, but a traveler who expects comfort and who knows or thinks she/he knows quality.
