Good location.Cleanliness, unsatisfactory - bedbugs, they bite!Hotel had bedbugs. Staff was unfriendly, maintenance staff can't fix a thing! Extremely noisy - hotel needs to be remodeled! Carpet dirty, everything was terrible. I do not recommend anyone to stay here!

Location.Driving directions were unclear, signage poor, and construction kept us lost. No lights on the road leading to the property.Everything worked, but was worn and tired looking. Our room was next to the elevator shaft, and had too much random furniture.

The hotel was next to the Eisenhower Metro stop, which allowed us to get all over DC without having to rent a car.The front desk person was not very pleasant. Maybe he was having an off day.We loved the location because we wanted to be near a Metro stop. The hotel has a restaurant but it was pricey. There is a steakhouse nearby and a Starbucks. Also near the IMAX/movies. The room was clean and spacious. We would stay here again.

We liked the restaurants and lounge and the room.Some common areas are old and in need of renovation.Over all this was an unexpected pleasure, the hotel has had some major renovations and is continuing that program. The location could not have been better for my needs.
