Restaurant limited, shuttle driver was rude.
Hotel was clean and we enjoyed our stay. WiFi was not free. $10 charge for this service that most hotels do for free. $22 for hotel parking!

Smells. Charge for everything even water. Poorly lit rooms. Small spaces.

Hotel/rooms were shabby and worn out.
Priceline star ratings are way off. This hotel is a 2 star masquerading as a 3.5 star. The Sheraton is in a good location, if you like Old Town, but the hotel itself is worn out and shabby. Had dinner in the restaurant, we were the only customers in there...Read More
