It is close to the meeting place I had to go to.
The beds are extremely hard - not a good thing for someone with a bad back.

Convenient.
Slow running plumbing and mold on the shower curtain.
The staff was very nice. The hotel needs to be refurbished. It is shabby, not shabby chic. The fridge in my room froze the food put in it. And the boiled eggs served at breakfast were frozen by the fridge they were removed from.
