I liked the location.
I reserved a NON smoking room, was given smoking, and nothing was done to accommodate me.I have stayed at this hotel for the past 4 years when going to Altoona to visit my family. Overall Rating:
It was pretty clean.The breakfast was not very good.I was kind of surprised with how clean it was. It was very clean and nice for a night stay. The staff was friendly. The only issue I had was the hallway to our room smelled a lot like smoke. But the room did not smell like smoke.

Did not like anything in particular, very generic.I think I got bed bugs from this hotel.1 star economy hotel, don't expect anything great, very generic.

On the highway.Got stuck in a smoking room.Was given a smoking room, and was told that was all that was available. Not cool. Would not recommend this hotel, as all common spaces smelled like cigarette smoke.

I was greeted warmly by the hotel staff.Our remote control didn't work.I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I was impressed at how the staff treated me and I will look forward to staying there in the near future.

Clean friendly convenient to shopping and food.N/AI was well satisfied with my stay at this super 8 was on a shopping trip with my daughter and found this location excellent for us.

Location.No swimming pool.Our entire weekend at this hotel was great. The room was very neat and clean. Hotel staffs were prompt and courteous. I must say also that after a check of regular room rates.

Clean, good location.Will argue about receipt; do not want to provide it.Very good need to give receipt to business travelers. Please enforce it.

Overall Rating:
Our complaint was taken care of immediately.Our room was not cleaned.After we complained about the room not being cleaned that day, we went out for dinner. When we returned it had been cleaned , by the desk clerk.
