Restaurant on premises.Internet did not work - feeble attempt to correct problem.Front desk is understaff at night - and during the Christmas holiday period. Long lines require patience. Right off the freeway.Bad service, advice, rooms, and pools.Bad on all areas of hotel, from beds, rooms, view, hotel cleanliness, we received bad advice for food form the staff and they were not helpful in anyway at all. The customer is not the priority at this hotel.

Location.The bathtub was clogged up with so much hair it was disgusting. We questioned if the sheets had been changed.Great location and price but not to the standards of Holiday Inn. I felt I was staying in a small motel along the highway and not in a Holiday Inn.
