Beds were more comfortable than many newer hotels I have been in.

The head of housekeeping worked very hard to find us a smoking room that did not smell too awfully bad. She was great! We had to have a smoking room because all non-smoking rooms were taken. The hotel was great except we were put into a smoking room. I tried to talk to the kid at the front desk and he could have cared less. The staff there at the hotel were friendly and helpful. No elevator. I would stay there again if I needed to. I will also recommend the hotel to others. The hotel was clean, quiet, and easy to find. All of the staff that I had contact with were very friendly and helpful.
