Restaurant not large enough to accommodate guests.Good locations if you want quiet accommodations. Located conveniently to visit Niagara Falls. Breakfast provided was sumptuous. Staff was courteous and helpful.We could have had better general lighting in the room.Comfortable and friendly. Strongly recommend particularly for senior citizens.

Economical, double queen beds.The night shift staff answered without checking the customer's information and promising something that the hotel cannot carry out.The coffee maker is so dirty that I didn't dare to use it.

It was clean, staff was very helpful and responsive, and it was conveniently located near the college.Outside construction and limited signage made it a little hard to find.We were very pleased with the courteous demeanor off all staff that we came in contact with. The room was clean and the breakfast and location were a pleasant surprise for us.
