The same fresh, creative approach is also taken with deciding what is on the menu. Using fresh Dutch produce, the dishes have been put together creatively to provide a good tasty variety to tempt either a light eater or someone looking for something more substantial. The clever layout provides discreet alcoves for private meetings, or a window view over the terrace. Either way it is a comfortable spot for either a business lunch or private dinner. The RAI Congress Centre is also within easy reach with tram number two taking you to the museum area within 15 minutes. Dam square is a further 5 minutes. The tram stop is a five minute walk from the hotel.
