Location to Disneyland.
Bed.Noisy and terrible bed, but the price and the 10 minutes walk to Disneyland made it fine.

N/AN/AInternet Wi-Fi was horrible. I could not check my e-mails and at best get a signal with just one bar. The bed was pretty uncomfortable. The cleanliness was not proper. The staff did not hear to complaints.

The price.Ryan front desk person would talk on the phone for literally 15-20 minutes ignoring guests.The room was clean and comfortable. The place is old and run down but the price is reasonable. The staff gets an F, they are unfriendly and inconsiderate.

It was close to Disneyland.Night customer service lied about lower room not being available. Carpet in room was in need of shampooing.Rooms were OK, but carpet needs to be shampooed. I showered before bed and in the morning I washed my feet with a rag before putting my shoes on and the rag was dirty.

Located close to Disney Theme parks.N/AStaff not very helpful and much less friendly. Room I stayed in was grimy and in need of repair. My room had a big stain on the carpet and the room smelled moldy. Pricey for the quality of room.

Bed was comfortable.Really old needs and the remodeling was bad.Carpets were dirty, heater barely worked, safe in room was extra charge, internet signal were very poor if at all.

Nothing.It was very dirty.The room was very dirty, the beds were very hard, the hotel staff was very rude and the food tasted like it was days old. Bad choice and will never stay there again!
