When we checked in it took us 30 seconds, everything was ready.Pool was not heated as advertised.This hotel was not brand new but had all the amenities one needs. The room was comfortable and very clean!we were able to smell the smokers from other rooms on the lower level before entering our room.The room was clean and neat. Staff was helpful and greeted as we made our way to our room. The elevator was convenient since we had luggage.
