When we checked in it took us 30 seconds, everything was ready. Pool was not heated as advertised. This hotel was not brand new but had all the amenities one needs. Location. Internet did not work two nights in a row, very dissatisfied. For a cheap hotel, it was okay, stayed in same brand in SFO one night, then at this one two nights, all three nights the internet stopped working and the staff was unable to restart it.
