The hotel over all wasn't bad, if it had a microwave and fridge it would have been a lot better. The spa could have been a lot better.

Meets 3 star expectations.
Way too expensive. I understand the summer price in Anchorage go crazy; but there should be some allowance for AK residents.
Hotel is too expensive in summer. Due to work I needed one hour late check out and they would not grant me one hour. The maids couldn't get to all of the rooms on that floor in that short time frame.

No parking! $14 to valet park. Internet is not free.
I would not choose to stay at this hotel again. They do not have parking, you either have to try and find meter parking or valet for $14 every time you come and go but then when valet is full your only option is to find street parking, not an easy thing t...Read More
