Friendly, the airport shuttle was prompt. Our room was clean and comfortable.Had to walk through construction to get downtown, but not a problem.I will stay here again. The staff was friendly from start to finish. It is close enough to walk down, and the shuttle to the airport was great! The bed was comfortable, and the motel was quite, was about to sleep soundly.It was hard to regulate the heat in the round, to hot have to crack the window for a little while to let it cool down.Overall the motel was good; the room was open with large comfortable beds. The location was good, and parking was free.Walls were paper-thin. Very noisy. Hallway carpet not clean.We stayed three nights at the Comfort Inn at Ship Creek, and by and large, they were sleepless nights. That they had a pool for the kids and serve a continental breakfast.They had the hot tub taken out.Overall it is a good family friendly place to stay. I wish that they had mini refrigerators in the rooms but it doesn't keep me from staying there it would be an added bonus.

The hotel room was spacious and accommodating with a water view.The advertisement stated it had a wet bar but the clerk says they haven't served alcohol in years.This hotel has accommodations for smoking and non smoking with water views.
