Up-dated room furnishings / comfortable beds. Lobby and pool area very stuffy and warm. Pool looked a little murky but several people were in it.

We got a smoking room and were not allowed to change.
We were given a smoking room and everything had very strong smoking smell - air, comfort, and pillow.

The ambience in the common areas was very nice. The pool and hot tub were right in the middle of all the rooms.
My toilet was broken, but they fixed it promptly. The maid did not replace the towels with the same amount.
The hotel was nicer than I was expecting for a Best Western. The room was setup similar to a suite, but in one room. The one downside of this was the bathroom was very small and it was difficult to close the door. The restaurants and bars didn't seem to b...Read More

They had amazingly friendly staff, and the price is a good value.
Most amenities don't work, aren't there, and the place was unkempt.
