The appearance was nice on the surface.
The ants that ended up in my box of Ritz in my room!
Rushed us out before check-out. Had ants in the floor of the room. Our family that stayed in a smoking room had a foul smelling room.

Our experience at the best western was unpleasant. We took our pet because the hotel advertised that they accepted pets in their hotel. However, we were given a smelly, dirty, smoking room when we arrived because "that's all they had available for pets." ...Read More

Dirty.
The beds, carpets and towels were stained and gross. At breakfast, the milk was left out without refrigeration and was warm. The food was not refilled. We will never stay there, again.

No elevator and needs major renovations.

The pool was clean and unobstructed.
Smoking room!
The amenities were not as clean as they could be. The beds weren't made properly. The hallways and lobby was hot (thermostat on 80, outside above 90.
