The appearance was nice on the surface.The ants that ended up in my box of Ritz in my room!Rushed us out before check-out. Had ants in the floor of the room. Our family that stayed in a smoking room had a foul smelling room.

Continental breakfast provided.Not pet friendly although they claimed to accept pets.Our experience at the best western was unpleasant. We took our pet because the hotel advertised that they accepted pets in their hotel. Nothing.Dirty.The beds, carpets and towels were stained and gross. At breakfast, the milk was left out without refrigeration and was warm. The food was not refilled. We will never stay there, again.

The location is great.No elevator and needs major renovations.This is not a 2 1/2 star hotel - it is barely a 2 star and more like a 1 1/2 star. Very run down with no elevator. The pool was clean and unobstructed.Smoking room!The amenities were not as clean as they could be. The beds weren't made properly. The hallways and lobby was hot (thermostat on 80, outside above 90.
