Overall Rating:
The hotel accommodated our request for a downstairs room - my husband had just had surgery.
The room heater did not work, nor did the electrical outlet at the sink.Although, on the morning after our stay, we expressed the fact that major aspects of our room were not functioning, no attempt was made to refund our money or compensate us in any way. We will not be staying there again. This hotel is past its prime.
