Location was fantastic.
Some desk staff were friendly but others not. Breakfast was not included.
This hotel was very reasonably priced with a short ride on the metro to all the historic and famous attractions Washington DC and area has to offer. Very clean!

Excellent location for vising Arlington and DC.
Elevators were at times slow and no free breakfast.
Friendly, helpful staff, nice rooms and comfortable beds (with nice new sheets and white comforter). We stayed on the riverside and had a balcony. They had free ample parking. Would stay here again.
