Management was very courteous and attentive to customers' needs.I liked all aspects of hotel stay.Hotel was very well run and located near shops, restaurants and transportation. safe location. staff was very attentive to travelers' needs. Staff answered all of our questions.

Location.Cleanliness/appearance/smell.Hotel smelled everywhere, room was hot on coldest AC setting, hall ways were dirty, breakfast was old food reused, front desk person sarcastic, patrons checking in next to me at a much lower rate very disappointed.
