The size of the room. 
The staff was the worst that I have ever had in a hotel. This hotel was a nightmare! The staff was rude and lazy. The location is okay, the breakfast is extremely limited, the hotel smelled, the walls were damaged severely and service was the worst I have ever received. I will never use that hotel ever again!

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The walls were a bit thin and you could hear the people in the next room sometimes. The hotel was clean and presentable. The staff was very friendly. The cleaning staff was great. Management, no indoor pool, the hotel across the street was nicer and was lower in cost. Below my Holiday Inn expectations from past experiences.

The pool was nice. Customer service. The hotel was decent; a little overpriced, though. When there was a problem with the toilet we were told there was no one available to take care of it and when there was someone would be down. Four hours later no one had fixed it.

Cinnamon rolls. N/A It was nice, clean and cool. We loved our little patio balcony. Staff was helpful. More than enough towels. That is important.

Very comfortable beds. N/A If you are unfortunate enough to have visit to Artesia, then you should treat yourself to a nice hotel. This hotel is very clean and comfortable. The hotels in this area are overpriced and this one is probably the best.
