It's location was great for visiting the Biltmore and had things to do other than that and also had good locations of lots of restaurants. 
The heat was not regulated you either froze or burned up. I<BR/>enjoyed our stay at this hotel the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. It was also clean and well kept.

Breakfast buffet, nice pool area, & fridge/microwave available in rooms. Cleanliness and appearance of furnishings in rooms. No surprises, good value for product, great morning breakfast bar, good location for visiting Biltmore and downtown Asheville. Excellent, friendly desk staff.

Free WiFi, good location and great free breakfast. Barking dogs on first floor and poorly trained front desk manager. Very clean hotel with a good location for visiting the Biltmore. Breakfast Buffet - very good. Rooms did not look like those shown on website. Had to ask for towels. Not really what I expected. Good breakfast buffet. Overall met our needs for one night.

For the price and star level I would recommend this hotel. It list mini fridge in room, there was not one. Other than not having a fridge and the bathroom looked like it could use a little upgrade (but it wasn't bad) there isn't anything bad I can say.

Friendly, efficient desk staff. Nice lobby atmosphere. Traffic flow in breakfast room left something to be desired. Plastic utensils were unequal to the task for breakfast. Easy access to shopping and the Biltmore Estate. Comfortable accommodations, good breakfast.

Location was great, cleanliness; the people at the front counter were great until there was a problem. Lack of water and lack of customer service skills once that occurred. The hotel was very clean, had great brochures in the lobby. The last morning we were there, there was a water problem with the hotel and there was no water.
