I booked the room for my parents 40th anniversary. I received superior feedback from about the level of customer service and friendliness.
N/AI would recommend this hotel to couples who want a nice, warm, friendly, romantic experience. Apparently, the hotel restaurant with the grand piano was a lovely time.

The room decor was beautiful and very comfortable.Communal areas were small. Felt crowded and somewhat dark.The hotel communal areas were interesting, dramatic, and very unusual. The rooms were so comfortable and beautiful and modernly eclectic. I enjoyed the artwork throughout the hotel tremendously.
