The staff were very helpful in giving us directions by phone when we were lost.
In the strip-mall area of town...not the Asheville I was hoping for.The staff were amazing. Not only did they give us directions when we were lost on the way there, but they also were able to recommend and give directions to local eateries. The room was very clean and the breakfast was just what I needed in the morning!

It was clean and updated.The room was small.The staff was friendly and more than willing to help if needed. Once I checked in the phone rang. I wondered who it was, It was the front desk calling to make sure the room was OK. I appreciated their concern.

It exceeded my expectations. I am very pleased & will stay here again.N/AThis hotel was clean, everything worked, and the staff was really helpful. I also liked the layout of the room and the furniture in it. It was perfect for our trip.

Most of the staff was great and there was a free breakfast bar.The staff worker, that worked the breakfast room, was quite unpleasant. Also a constant bad odor in the third floor hallway.Great for families but only for short visits. No pool or anything else to occupy them on the premises. The housekeeping staff was friendly but spent the entire day yelling up and down the halls to one another in Spanish. Working or napping was difficult.
