The room had good amenities and the high speed internet was wonderful.The night staff was not answering the phone and locking the only entrance, delaying me getting to my room.All in all, decent; Could use some sprucing up but the location is ideal for traveling the Asheville area.

The staff was pleasant.The non-smoking rooms had been smoking and the staff routinely stood outside the front door and smoked.I thought the staff was friendly. The overall upkeep of the hotel does not meet Comfort inns usual standard. I would not recommend simply based on the exposure to cigarette smoke and the "stuffy" smell of the room as well as the uncomfortable sheets.
