Our Ramada Asheville hotel is ideally located in a beautiful mountain area, situated on seven acres of rolling hills with some of the best mountain views in Asheville. Conveniently located near the intersection of I-40 and I-240. Convenient to downtown area and local attractions including Biltmore Estates, Chimney Rock Park, and Blue Ridge Parkway. Our hotel is located at the River Ridge marketplace which has over 25 shops and restaurants within walking distance. Visitors will enjoy day trips to the following attractions: Cherokee Indian Reservation, Harrah Cherokee Casino, Linville, Caverns, Grandfather Mountain and Maggie Valley. We offer a hot complimentary buffet breakfast, each morning along with a convenience mart for snacks and beverages. Complimentary wireless high-speed internet access is in all guest rooms. Deluxe Suites are available with kitchenettes and balconies. Two room Suites with whirlpool spa/jacuzzi are also available for your lodging needs. Microwaves and refrigerators available upon request. Hotel features a fitness room as well as a childrens playground, volleyball and basketball courts, horseshoes, seasonal outdoor pool, picnic tables, and an observation deck. They constantly smoked and I was afraid to use the vending machine at night.I think this hotel should not be advertised as a vacation hotel when they take on homeless type people to live there on a long-term basis. Breakfast was adequate.The room smelled bad and it seemed old and dirty.This hotel seems old. It might be adequate for someone needing a place to pass through on a one night stay but it is not a hotel you would look forward to coming back to for a second night.

Convenient Location. Clean.Ice machines did not work on my floor or the next floor.This hotel accomplished it purpose, giving you a place to stay the night. It did everything required of that with no problems. For a basic hotel, I would recommend it.

N/ADifficult to find from the highway. Not enough signage from the road.We had asked for non-smoking rooms, but the rooms, we got, one was musty smelling and the other reeked of smoke, even the sheets and pillows smelled of smoke. Closeness to the city and the Estate was great.
