The bed was a little uncomfortable but it had plenty of pillows

Location was only positive.
All but location.
I fell because of construction in hallway. Hallway had vinyl in short pieces about 4 feet. Long butted up one after other with no tape and cause tripping hazard for all in hotel. There were no accident reports so I had to just write down what had happened...Read More

Close to Biltmore estate.
Shabby appearance of rooms.
This was very close to Biltmore Estate, Biltmore Village, and nice restaurants. Rooms were not nicely decorated or furnished, furniture was broken, wall paper peeling off of walls, etc.
