Very comfortable bed, clean, helpful staff. 
Pool is an "indoor/outdoor" variety, so heated pool wasn't really terribly warm. Outside parking is tight and difficult to maneuver. Nicer than most Holiday Inns; not the best location in Asheville if the main reason for traveling there is for Biltmore House, but not terribly far either. Extra distance is worth the discount in price compared to closer hotels.

Nice lobby. Room was very clean and up to date. The bathrooms needed to be redone. It seemed outdated and the yellowish counter tops made it appear dirty. N/A

Convenient to interstate. N/A Hotel was clean and modern. There was garage parking which was much appreciated since it was raining while I was there. Was easily accessible from the interstate, and close to other points of interest, such as the Biltmore Estates.
