Comfortable, well-located and pretty.
$26.00 surprise cost for parking right outside the room. This was not in a city, and not the high season of Aspen.
Young staff members were rather disdainful; older staff member was very courteous and helpful.

I love everything. Such a fun place!
Nothing.
I love this place. Thank you for being a fun place instead of one of the many uptight hotels in town.

The hot tub was very nice.
The valet parking was a pain in the butt, cost a lot and took a long time for someone to get our car.
Nice place to visit during the off season. Downtown Aspen and close to everything an outdoors person would want to do. Parking was a pain but had to valet park when the hotel had plenty of spaces to park in. Also parking was an extra cost, that was not ex...Read More

Very trendy, catering to a younger crowed.
The white head boards were not as white as they could have been. Looks nice except for stains.
This hotel hold up to the Kempton image. Great place to find a young and vibrant crowed ready to have fun. Location is perfect for all Aspen activities. Hotel staff were very helpful on all levels of service. Overall experience was great.

Location and staff made this a great place to stay.
Some of the decor was a little strange.
I really enjoyed the outdoor common areas by the pool and hot tub. Staff was friendly and helpful. I'm not a big fan of modern art, so I can't be a good judge of the decor. Even though it was top quality.

Wonderful generous breakfast, free shuttle service.
Weird low-class decor, long ugly corridors.
This hotel had a weird garish look, trying to be hip for young skier, which is who it's for and should be for. The front lobby was shabby and uncomfortable; the bar was not pretty or comfortable (although the youngsters had a great time in there). It was ...Read More

Fun and funky decor you expect from a Kempton hotel. Nice change from std. Hotel.
Staff could have exhibited more warmth and helpfulness at check in.
Other than waking to the sound of snow removal equipment droning away right outside the window, it was a mostly good experience. If you're handling your own luggage, you might want to request a first floor room because there is no elevator.

Please be patient while we process your request.
