Desk staff, each shift were wonderful! Made us feel like we knew them.Nothing, our stay was great!The staff in all departments were friendly, helpful, and gracious. From the people who checked us in, the housekeeping staff, a maintenance man we bumped into the breakfast crew, everyone was pleasant and so nice!

Comfy beds.Being near the elevator.Nice hotel but the windows are not sound proof and the first room we were in smelled very bad of smoke, had to move next to the elevator, a lot of people leave at 3 am.
