The night clerk was friendly.
Stained chairs and couches, dated rooms, old building, had to wait through a lake to get to my room, advertised van was unreliable, day staff was bad.
This hotel is doing it's best to stay open. It is dated, almost dumpy, noisy old air conditioning units, and should be given a 2 star. The breakfast is the best thing about the place.

Clean. Comfortable.
Ethernet was incredibly slow. Unacceptable. I will not stay at this hotel again.
Not a place to stay if single female. Some units are behind others, and does not feel safe at night. I had no problems, but I was uneasy.

Affordable.
The hotel was clean, but it was older.
This hotel is for longer term stays where people need a multi-week or monthly stay. It serves its purpose of being a clean affordable hotel close to downtown.
The night clerk was friendly.
