Location and breakfast.
The bed was too soft - old, old mattress.
I had a problem with a lost article of clothing and on day three of the problem, I spoke to the manager who had an attitude problem about helping me. ultimately, the hotel reimbursed me for the article. I had to make many phone calls to get to resolution.

This was a very charming brick hotel in an older neighborhood. There were several good restaurants within walking distance, which the hotel staff were happy to direct us to. The hotel staff were extremely plesant and helpful.

Friendly Staff - nice breakfast and Mon-Thurs there is even complimentary dinner. That Rocks!
Paying $15 for parking and it was located next to an adult video store.
Loved the staff, food was good, clean room and common areas. Staff upgraded my room from studio to one bedroom. I didn't expect that because at the time I had contacted them they did not have a one bedroom available. nice that they accommodated my needs a...Read More
