Good location, staff was very helpful and friendly, bed was very comfortable.
Self parking garage had 6'3" height restriction, so I had to valet park adding $20 plus tips to bill. But the valets were very nice.The first room that we were assigned had a heavy mildew odor when we opened the door. Front desk staff was excellent.One room stunk of cigarette smoke.I was very pleased with hotel and staff overall. We rented 4 rooms they were able to accommodate us on same floor. N/AN/AThis is not a 4 star hotel. It is very tired. I have used priceline before for the same city and area and have had great hotels. The Westin was a big disappointment.

Pool and gym were first class.Bathroom lighting was too dim for women's needs for make-up.Everything was to quality. Gym and pool were great. Location and parking very convenient. Only criticism is the inadequate bathroom lighting for using the mirror.
