The room was big and it was comfortable.The lady was rude when we checked in and the night person wasn't pleasant either.It was a good value but the employees were not very friendly. I have worked in customer service for years and I was not impressed.

They remembered us as regular customers, and were pleased we came back.The room we stayed in did not have a window screen, and we were not able re open the window.The hotel went out of their way to do the best they could do for our weekend stay. We frequently spend the weekend in auburn, and always like to stay at the hotel. They are friendly and always help us when needed.
