Having a dirty room made it all negative for me.
Staff did nothing to accommodate our second dirty room!

I got a refund.
They held me a small smoking room. Said they were full and refused any further help.
I spent 20 minutes there. Looked at the sole room they offered and requested a refund.

Very well kept.
Was given smoking room instead of non-smoking, but this was corrected immediately.

Front desk clerk switched our room when the AC didn't work.
Entrances/exits made it difficult to load/unload luggage conveniently.
Having a dirty room made it all negative for me. 
Staff did nothing to accommodate our second dirty room!
