It is best. One of the best hotel stays in our 50 yrs. of travel, very comparable to cruise line ambiance.
N/AGreat location, exceptionally friendly and informative consigners. All the facilities under one roof especially the food courts downstairs, reasonable laundry facilities. This hotel has it all.

Great location, comfy bed.Hotel booked rental car, car didn't arrive, had to jump few hoops.The hotel is perfectly located in Auckland, close to Sky Tower and close to the harbor. Clean, New and Large size room with all amenities, and centrally located.It was summer time in Auckland when we traveled and the air conditioning in the rooms were not cool enough and was centrally controlled by the hotel.We had booked 2 rooms for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids, as the hotel rooms in most foreign countries are quite small. Central location with most sights within walking distance or short cab ride.Minimal eating choices at hotel and in immediate neighborhood.Good location for exploring the sights of Auckland. Must be an independent traveler as the concierge help is minimal.
