Close to highway, nice lobby, wireless.A/C shut off & on in the am.Was ok, close to highway, nothing special but nothing bad either. Did have nice lobby. A/C shut off & on in am, that wasn't good.

Just off the freeway.Parking access.Overpriced for the quality. Parking was taken up by the fenced pool and next-door bank.

Location away from downtown, handy to interstate I came into Austin on.Older property, clean but in need of a little refer.For the time stayed and during a special event weekend, the overall stay, price, location, etc. Was sufficient and probably a better value than most of the other accommodations around, most of them doubled and tripled their rates for the event weekend.

Easy access to interstate and downtown.Carpets left my socks black.Was "pre-checked" in to a smoking room and had to switch when discovered. Desk clerk seemed hurried.

It was not expensive and clean.It was extremely close to 2 freeways where they intersect, and there are not amenities.There is no exercise room or Jacuzzi. And it is very loud outside the hotel because of the freeways.

Overall Rating:
High speed Internet, breakfast bar.Dirty and not well maintained.The hotel was not as good as most of the 2 star hotel's . The room was older and somewhat rundown and smelled HEAVILY of smoke. It did have free high speed Internet which was nice and an OK complimentary breakfast.
