I liked the interior design of the room.
Our toilet was broken, but we didn't ask for help.

The air conditioning was way too cold.
Convenient to some people - close to airport, I-35. Staff was short so that when I asked for an extra pillow, the only staff on duty could not leave front desk to get the pillow.

I'd rather it not be a Motel style but you couldn't beat the value
